Graduation Portrait Sessions
Long nights of studying have finally paid off. The countdown begins to the day you can walk across the stage and receive the degree you’ve worked hard for. How will you remember such a pivotal moment in your life? A graduation portrait session will allow your graduation memories to last a lifetime.
Achieving an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree is a major accomplishment! A graduation portrait session is the perfect way to remember this milestone. You can schedule your graduation session before you walk across the stage, to announce your achievement. Or, schedule your shoot for immediately after the graduation ceremony to capture the moment with family and friends.
The Next Steps...
After selecting the right package for you, you will be prompted to pay your invoice. A 25% deposit is required to move forward and confirm your booking.
You can purchase all of the unedited photos from your photoshoot for an additional cost. Upon request we can edit additional photographs for $25 a photograph (minimum of 5 photographs) at any time.
Shoots outside of the Orlando, FL area will be subject to a travel fee. The travel fee varies based on the location and the needs of the shoot.
Turnaround Time: Photos will be available for selection within 24 hours after photo session. The final edited photos will be delivered within 7-10 business days after the selection of photos. Expedited delivery of photos will occur within 3 business days after selection of photos. There will be an additional fee for expedited delivery. There will be no refunds. Refunds will only be applied if an appointment is cancelled by RTW Photography.
Can I apply this sale to my graduation booking?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply this sale to any bookings made prior to March 3rd.
Can my friend take photos during the session too?
Each session has the amount of graduates allowed in the description.
When will I receive my photos/videos?
For portraits, we promise to send all final photo edits within one week of the shoot. Events and videos will have a two to three-week turnaround time.
How will I receive my photos/videos?
All final photos and videos will be delivered through an online gallery to your email where you can view, download, and order digital prints.
Will I receive all photos from the shoot?
No, during a shoot it is easy to accumulate hundreds of photos. Some may be duplicates, test shots, shots that are out of focus, or “bloopers” (i.e. closed eyes, weird facial expressions, etc.). We eliminate those photos and send the best quality photos that truly capture your shoot. The number of photos sent will depend on your package. We do not provide raw images.
Do you have props or a backdrop?
For our indoor portrait sessions, we have backdrops and props available to use. If you need specific props or any special accommodations, please let us know, and we will assist you as much as we can. We also encourage you to bring your own props as well.
What if there is bad weather on the day of our outdoor session?
Bad weather will affect the quality of your outdoor shoot, so we will work with you to reschedule to the next best available date.
Can I change my outfit during my session?
You can change your outfit as many times as you would like in your shoot within your time limit. For outdoor or on location shoots, we will bring a portable changing tent for your convenience.
Do you have makeup services available?
Yes, our Operations Associate does makeup on all skin tones, shades, and all ages and will glam you in our studio! Contact us for more information.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies - If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have one reschedule allowed. You must contact RTW Photography via email at least 48 hours in prior to your original shoot to reschedule your session. If you cancel within in 48 hours of your session, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to schedule a new session. For weather cancellations, you will receive an email to let you know your session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. The photographer has the final decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions. If your session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive an email with a list of dates that he/she is available to reschedule your session.
